New Crossroads Format
Beginning March 24th

Beginning March 24, adults will have two options to choose from on Wednesday nights. Take a look at the classes offered below. Note: You may not have a special interest in either class, but chances are you know someone who would (neighbor, co-worker, relative). Consider inviting them to the class and commit to going through it with them. What a great and easy way to reach out to our community! The meal will still begin at 5:45pm and programs for children and youth will continue normally.

Financial Peace University Registration is Open!
If you are planning on attending Financial Peace University, please take a moment and register for the class using this link. This will help us to order the right amount of course materials. Classes begin March 24th at 6:30pm, with dinner at 5:45. FPU comes with an $80 registration fee; please make the check out to CPC with a designation of “FPU,” and either place it in the offering or bring it with you to the first class. See you there!

Search for Significance
Ever feel as though you are wandering aimlessly with little to no purpose? Are you tired of chasing things to bring meaning to your life, only to find that once you catch them they leave you empty? Are you tired of running after the approval of someone or everyone? Are you mired in performance quicksand sinking deeper and deeper as you struggle to get free? You are not alone. Come join us, beginning March 24th, as we explore the deeper meaning of our lives and our Search for Significance.

Crossroads, March 10 - Cook's Encore and Bargain Night
Bring your own meal, or make reservations for the provided meal on the attendance pads passed today during worship. You may also make reservations on line or call the church office. The bargain menu for this week ($3.00 per person or $10.00 a family) is your choice as follows: Bar B Q sandwiches or nachos, roast with gravy, spaghetti pie or baked potatoes with toppings. Save room for dessert too.

Mission Trip 2010
If you are interested in joining a CPC mission team this summer there will be a short meeting after church Sunday in the library. We are going to Cherokee, North Carolina, June 27 – July 3rd to minister to the Native American population through Back Yard Bible Clubs and Senior Citizens Centers. This is a family friendly trip so all ages are invited. Cost is $465.00 with reductions for spouse and children Please join us in the library if you are interested.

Youth Leadership of Memphis
The next volunteer date for YLM is March 27th. If you can volunteer to help on this Saturday, please see Seth Herren or Jeremy Stump.

Hands of Hope Ministry
"Hands of Hope" is an outreach ministry created by Abby Johnson to reach orphans in other areas of the world with the love of Christ by sending dolls to the girls and soccer balls to the boys. Information is available in the west foyer with boxes for donated dolls and balls (dolls should be new and preferably cloth, not hard or breakable plastic or ceramic). Monetary donations can also be made by making a check out to Christ Presbyterian Church and mark "Hands of Hope" in the memo section of your check. Children with no parental support or love can have their hearts touched in a special way by knowing that someone loves them through a simple gift of a doll or ball and also receive the knowledge of Christ's love for them through this ministry. Your support, donations and prayers are greatly appreciated.

March Midnight Madness
Mark your calendars for March 17th for a night of fun and fellowship for all Jr. and Sr. high students here at Christ Pres. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and will be locked until 12:00 a.m. Invite your friends for lots of games, movies, food and the return of Indoor Putt-Putt! Admission is $3 and will cover food and drinks. See you there!

Mark your calendar for April 23-24 for a live Paul David Tripp Marriage Conference hosted by CPC and Riveroaks. Cost will be $20.00 per couple and you may register using the brochure you will find at both main entrances to the church, or by visiting our church web site, www.cpcms.org
