Dinner will begin at 5:00pm and the program begins at 6:30pm. RESERVATIONS for the dinner are needed – you may make them on attendance pad in same square with Crossroads reservation by noting number coming followed by letters COW, or you may call the church office. A special Valentine’s Italian Dinner is planned and recommended cost is $3.00 per person with a maximum of $10.00 per family.

Host families are still needed for some of the children. If you can assist, please contact Sam Wrigley or the church office.

CPC Flower Committee Being Formed
If you enjoy working with flowers and would like to participate in a committee that will be working towards arranging and supplying fresh flowers weekly in the sanctuary for worship, see Lisa Woods (895-3953).

Teachers Needed
The Child Discipleship ministry team is looking for teachers for the spring quarter (March/April/May). This is a great opportunity to minister to our covenant children. Curriculum and all materials are provided; all it takes is a willing heart! Please contact Mike Salzgeber (901-255-0616) or the church staff.

CPC has a Facebook Page!
We have started a page for the church on Facebook. Many of you have Facebook accounts already. If so, you can click the box to the left and become a fan of CPC's page. This will make it easier for you to keep up with the church. We plan to use it to advertise upcoming events and make sign-ups easier, as well as provide a forum for discussion. If you are not on Facebook yet, now is a good time to consider joining in. It's a great way to connect with friends. As with anything in life, moderation is key. Click here to join the group!

Mid-South Men’s Rally
The annual Mid-south Men’s Rally will be this Friday, January 29th at First Presbyterian Jackson. The speaker is The Rev. Mike Milton, current president of RTS, Charlotte. If you are interested in going, see Dan Adams.

Yards and Leaves Needed
Yards and leaves are needed for the young men in our partnering ministry, Youth Leadership of Memphis, to rake. Youth Leadership works with young men by teaching them about Christ and empowering them through the use of a work/mentoring program consisting of grass-cutting and leaf disposal. This is a very effective ministry and you can be a part of it by allowing these young men, under supervision of volunteers, to provide lawn service for you. If your yard needs raking or light manicuring now please contact Chris Oliver at 497-8889 or email ylmemphis@gmail.com

Crossroads
Join us for dinner Wednesday at 5:45pm, followed by programs for all ages beginning at 6:30pm. Adults will continue the study - "Have No Fear, The End is Near: A Practical Discussion on the Book of Revelation". Bring your own meal, or make reservations for the provided meal on the attendance pads passed today during worship. You may also make reservations on line or call the church office. Cost is $5 per adult, $3 per child with $20 limit per family. The menu for this week is: Potato Bar Fiesta and “Kiss Me” red velvet cupcake. Please consider inviting new people to this informal mid-week gathering.

Upcoming Blood Drive
Our next CPC Blood Drive will be Sunday, Feb. 28th, 1:30 - 5:30 p.m. We are only having two drives a year now, so let’s try to have a really good turnout. Sign uup dates will be Sunday Feb. 7, 14, and 21st. Please save this date and remember to take your iron. If you have questions or to sign up, please see Dorothy Butler.

Marriage Conference - Save the Date
Mark your calendar for April 23-24 for a live Paul David Tripp Marriage Conference hosted by CPC and Riveroaks.
