Life Group Party
 The
Mid Life Group plans to gather at the Cosbey home (6258 Nellwood) on
Saturday, July 4th at 6:30 p.m. for a shrimp boil. Please bring your
own shrimp to boil. Hot dogs will be provided for kids. After eating
we plan to view the fireworks at Snowden Grove.
Young
Adult Pool Party
The Young Adult life group is having a pool party on Sunday, July 12
at the Salzgeber home (7990 Glenn View Cove). Hamburgers, hot dogs,
sides and drinks will be provided. Bring your family and a few dollars
to chip in for food. Show up and leave anytime between 3-7pm. Join us

Communion
Sunday, Deacon's Fund, & Food Bank
This Sunday we will celebrate the Lord's
Supper together. You will also have an opportunity to give to the deacon's
fund and the Olive Branch Food Bank. Food may be placed in the container
provided in the West Foyer. No particular item is needed this time.
Any food product or paper product will be appreciated.
Summer
College Fellowship *CHANGE*
We are changing the location of SCF this Sunday, July 5th to Mi Pueblo
Mexican restaurant in Olive Branch at 8pm. Free cheese dip for anyone
who shows up! Open to all college-age people and their friends!!
Baby
Shower
All ladies of CPC are invited to a baby shower for Merrel Patridge on
Sunday, July 26th, 2:00 p.m. at the home of Peggy Cosbey (6258 Nellwood,
O.B.). She is a girl Anne Callaway Patridge.
No
Youth Group Wednesday
There will be no Youth Group this Wednesday night as Reid and many of
our Senior High students are at RYM.
Housekeeping
Request
Several rooms
and hallways have been given a fresh coat of paint at the church. Please
do not tape anything to the walls. Instead, use the bulletin boards
for anything that needs to be displayed. We have had some issues with
tape causing paint to peel.
Women's
Fellowship Event
An incredible
evening is planned for our women as Sherri Stevens leads us through
A Discussion on a Woman's Journey on Thursday, July 9, 7-9 p.m. at
the home of Melissa Bateman (6915 Oak Shadow Lane, Olive Branch.). This
will be an opportunity to enjoy unique fellowship and form new friendships
as we gather to hear Sherri lead us through God's Word and see how we
are equipped as women to face today s challenges. As an extra bonus,

Automotive
Maintenance Ministry
The automotive maintenance ministry team will be on hand in the church
parking lot at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, July 11 to change oil and do minor
auto repairs for widows, single moms and handicapped. See Dick Butler
if you have questions.
City
Project Week
City Project week will be July 20 to July 25. Please consider taking
some time off work during the week to participate on the projects. More
information will be forth coming.

per family. As always, you may choose to bring your own meal. Please
